WWW - Networked computers on the internet. some computers act as servers and other act as clients. A server shares its resources such as files, h/w, pgms with other computers and a client request and uses server resources. Any computer can act as both server and client in this era.Users are browsing internet through web browsers. eg: Mozilla, Firefox, Safari etc. Web servers are computers that are connected to the internet and run special web server s/w. web servers store files that ppl can access through internet using a browser. when a web server receives a message from browser, it reads and sends or downloads the requested web page back across internet to user's browser.
