Cannot Convert between Unicode and Non-Unicode String data types- SSIS

How to fix "Cannot Convert between Unicode and Non-Unicode String data types"

Right Click -> Show Advanced Editor->Input and Output Properties of both Source and Destination

Change Data type to String[DT_STR] in External Columns and Output Columns.

Also take Excel Properties->Change ValidateExternalMetadata to False.
